Have you ever wondered why the Hamburger Helper mascot has four fingers instead of five? Or looked at an advertisement and asked, “What are they really selling?” If questions like these spark your curiosity, the Commercial Arts Program is the perfect place to explore your creative instincts and sharpen your design skills.

Students with a keen eye for detail, strong visual awareness, and a passion for graphic communication thrive in Digital Arts. In this program, you'll get to unleash your creativity and passion for graphic arts! You'll create commercial designs that stand out, using both computer design and traditional drawing and painting. You'll also work with industry-recognized software to craft your own original graphic and physical designs. Get ready to bring your artistic vision to life!

Throughout the program, students build a professional‑level design toolkit while working on authentic projects. Our students are frequently commissioned by community partners to create logos, signage, promotional materials, and more.   Their work is showcased at locations such as The Stavros Center and The City of Seminole welcome sign! These experiences help students build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and understand what it means to work with real clients.

Students have the opportunity to participate in FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) student organization and Skills USA competitions.

Graduates leave with industry certifications in leading design tools, a comprehensive, professional portfolio, a foundation for future careers in commercial design, marketing, advertising, digital media, and more

Whether you pursue immediate employment or continue your education in design, marketing, or communication fields, this program positions you for success in a rapidly expanding creative industry.
